matt from schulze & webb came into naked on monday to chat a little about what they're up to. really interesting stuff, thought provoking and entertaining. he covered a few areas and one was around the role of product experience hooks. he illustrated the lack of hooks unboxing a pair of trainers, which when you consider the involvement level is quite surprising. anyway a pair of shoes from terra plana were waiting for me at home tonight. and it was a very pleasant unboxing experience. the nice material bag for each shoe...
the absence of paper stuffing, a smart brand book. and the lovely shoes of course.
possibly the most hooks i've experienced opening a box of new trainers. i'm liking experience hooks a lot and shall be looking out for them.
the photo hasn't really captured the oddness (and my eyes are actually at the same level in reality) but these mirrors were fun. fun stuff around us as we get on with living/working has got to be a good thing. there's been much chat around the new Red Bull London HQ designed by Jump studios with slides between floors among other fun stuff. what a laugh it must be sliding to a meeting as well as a great people leveller. "Good morning if you'd like to take a seat at the bottom of the slide someone will be with you shortly"
